Sesame Teriyaki--- they sell it in Waldbaums but I forget who it's by. It's a glass bottle w/ a twist off top kind of like a snapple cap. I think it's got a marroon colored label.

I use kikoman's Teriayaki sauce and garlic. Comes out so yummy if you BBQ them or broil as an alternative.

I sprinkle on some EVOO, splenda, soy sauce and then onion flakes

we just cut it into long strips, make pinwheels and pour a little bbq sauce on it..... YUMMY!

in actuality, you don't need to do much of anything to skirt steak.... its pretty much the perfect grilling meat Chat Icon

make a paste of garlic, kosher salt and fresh rosemanry and a little olive oil. rub it all over for 10 minutes and throw it on the grill - I htink its a Rachel Ray concoction

I season mine with seasalt, pepper and alittle garlic powder. Cook Medium Rare and it is delicious.

Thanks Girls...my friend who's family is Chilean gave me a tip on what they do....Goya Sazon and Adobo ( the orange flav. one) rub it on both sides with a little olive oil and broil...OMG it came out sooooooo tasty !!
