Does anyone use resistance tubing?

I take a Total Body Conditioning class and now and then the instructors bring out the resistance tubes. I've learned a few exercises from them but I know there have to be more out there. i bought a set of 3 tubes (3 different levels of resistance) and the DVD that it came with was sorta lame. Any tips on where to go for more exercises? Any that you do?

I love resistance tubes...I bought them since DH and I will be stranded in a po-dunk middle of nowhere town in SC for 6 days after xmas. I love workouts you can take on the road!

I use them for rotator cuff exercises.
