Good cleansing diet?????
I can not believe how much sugar I have consumed the past few weeks. I have mostly been eating cookies and cakes instead of real food at mealtimes. I am soooooo slugish and feel gross. Does anyone know a good way to cleanse my body of some of the excess sugars?
