what can I eat that will have more PROTEIN. I dont think i eat enough of it but dont know what has it

Every morning for breakfast I have a packet of Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, then I put one cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal in and mix it up, with a glass of soy milk.
For my breakfast alone I get 26 grams of protein.

I start with oatmeal.
then 2 hours later I have a greek yogurt
for lunch I either have a sandwich or a bean based soup
whole wheat english muffins with peanut butter
I boil eggs and use three whites, one yolk, make an egg salad to eat on lettuce.
total cereal with soy milk

greek yogurt lean meats cheese (but that has fat too) protein shakes tuna (TONS of protein)

beans, chickpeas are a good source of protein. Eggs, edemames (soy beans). Almonds, nuts
