Has anyone used Invisalign?

I am thinking about looking into this. I had braces when I was younger but after I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled the rest of my teeth shifted and are all crowded and crooked now. I dont really want to get regular braces on if I dont have to.

I had the same problem--teeth shifted after braces as a child. I wasn't a candidate for invisalign because my front bottom teeth were too crooked. From what the ortho told me, it works best when the teeth are lined up exactly right, but just need pushed a bit.

I wound up getting braces AGAIN (just on bottom teeth, where the wisdom teeth crowded them).

My husband just finished with his invisalign. His teeth look amazing! His problem was spacing in the front and a little pushed out. He wore his aligners for a year. Let me know what questions you have and I'm happy to tell you!

I had Invisalign. I had regular braces when I was younger, but my teeth shifted a bit.

They are a bit more expensive than regular braces, but very worth the cost IMO.

They take a mold of your teeth, and every two weeks you use a new set of aligners, which gradually shift your teeth in to position. You're supposed to wear them all the time except for eating. The more you wear them, the quicker the progress.

If I was going out to dinner, or had a special occasion, I wouldn't wear them for a few hours. It was great being able to take them out for important events.

I know a few people that used Invisalign, and we're all very happy with the results.
