Yeast Infections

Thankfully, I have never gotten a yeast infection before so I do not know what to expect. But for the past few months right before I'm due for AF to come I get some discomfort. I also noticed that I have extra white CM. It goes away once AF arrives, I've just been noticing that it's happening every time I'm about to get my period. Anyone else experience this?

Re: Yeast Infections

it couold be an infection. a good friend of mine had what they called menses-induced yeast infections. she got them EVERY month right before her period.

your CM is supposed to come right AFTER your period, not before.

also, if it has an odor or is "lumpy" probably a yeast infection.

I just looked up "menses-induced yeast infections" and now I want to make an app't for my GYNO. Sounds very serious, I hope it's not what I have Chat Icon

Re: Yeast Infections

You can take acidohillus or eay yogurt to help regulate it. For some people the hormones in our bodies can trigger the imbalance of bad growth in your intestines & it spreads.

Definitely get a diagnosis from a Dr before trying any treatments though.
