Insomnia anyone?
Anyone else have this? I can't take it anymore!  As you can see the time I am posting this, I cannot fall asleep! It's been going on for a couple weeks now and I am getting so frustrated! Nothing I do helps. Its not even that I am uncomfortable.. I close my eyes and try SOOO hard, but I just end up lying there for hours and I end up coming out the den to watch TV so I don't wake up DH at about 1 or 2 am everynight. GRRRR. Thanks for letting me vent.

Im still awake too, for the past week i cant really sleep. The past few nights i have been laying in bed awake until 5 am or so. It stinks.

I really believe its your body preparing you for those sleepless nights when your little one gets here...
I was up all night the last month or so... (not cause of insomina, but because of the itching) And everyone would say "you think you cant sleep now...blah blah blah"
Well.... when he finally got here....the sleep I did get was more than I had gotten while preg. AND I adapted very well to functioning on no sleep...I really believe it was because I got use to it pre-baby...
Am I making any sense lol?

im awake. i got up at 5am when my dh got up for work and cant go back to sleep. i wake up 3 times during the night too. cant wait for my baby to come already.

I suffered with insomnia for years! I overcame it somehow, no clue how but it did get better. Now since pregnant, especially the last few months I am having difficulty falling asleep and of course staying asleep between being uncomfortable, waking up to use the bathroom and DH snoring  Thank God I am home during the day so I am able to rest here and there. Even a 15 - 20 nap can help.

I saw every hour last night. I was so unconfortable. I was really exhausted but just couldn't sleep...No I have a 9 hour day to get through

me! and i'm only 8 weeks! I can't fall asleep and when I finally do I have to get up to pee at least 5 times!!

The night I found out I was preggo, I couldn't sleep for that night and the 2 after that - I am assuming it was from NERVES!
It got easier though, all I want to do now is SLEEP !!

I hate it. My doctor said I can take unisom which is a life saver, but I am really careful about not taking it more than once a week.

I had it for my first pregnancy and I have it again for this one! It just plains S^CKS!!
I have found a few tricks - if I get up and go to the couch, I can usually fall asleep faster than if I stay awake in bed trying not to wake DH. Also, my heavy winter comforter was too bulky and made me too hot, so when I switched to something lighter, I slept better.

I can not sleep at all..
I try to go to bed early but the baby starts kicking around 11 pm.. And then she really has a dance fest at like 3 am.. so sleeping lately is out of the question.. I have my body pillow and i have attempted slepeing on the couch but nothing is working..
She is up all hours now imagine when she is in the real world.. wow
