Eyelid Twitching
My left eyelid has been twitching for a few weeks and it's driving me nutts. Has anyone gone through this and what did you do to get rid of it?

This happened to me all the time in college when I would stay up late studying.. happens now too when I don't get enough sleep. Try resting

Stressed? This happended to me over the holidays when I threw a holiday party. After the party was over, my eye stopped twitching.

stress and tired the two reasons for it. just get some sleep and a massage and you'll be all good again.

This happened to me when my eyesight was going through a period of rapid change. The doctor said I may have been squinting and not realizing it. He also said that benadryl helps relax the muscle.

I get that from time to time. It's usually do to lack of sleep or being stressed.

It happens to me every couple months and it doesn't stop for usually 3 weeks.
A lot of time its stress related. Eat a banana for potassium
