Contractions?

I have been getting a lot of contractions lately, pretty frequently. I went to see ob yesterday but he said I wasn't dilated so he wasn't concerned. Do you guys remember how early you started experiencing them? I know if the ob isnt concerned I should ease up a bit but I can't help worrying about it.

I'm 22 weeks now and have been having them on and off since 17 weeks, with this week in particular being more frequent.

I would be worried if you are only 22 weeks. I started having them (though i did not realize it around 33 weeks). I find it strange that your doctor is not if you are pregnant with twins (since their is a high rate of early births with twins).
