BFing moms...
I finally am allowed to work out after my c-section, but it is impossible to do anything with these boobs. I tried jogging today with 3 sports bras and it was painful. Any tips?

my boobs exploded so no sports bra ever worked till he was about a year old.
elipitical wasn't bad.
tons of walking, then i would do weight machines.
I started going to zumba classes.

welcome to my life.  and i dont have a baby!!
.. i wear a sports bra and one of those long tank sport bra over it.. mine are under armor not too great but its ok.

I started pretty slow, b/c of the boobage - but I figured it was better than nothing. I also think that I was wearing my pre-preggo sports bras - which were very tight - maybe it held everything together a little better?
