I'm not eating enough

At least that's what WW is telling me. Lately, everyday I end up with 2 unused points or so, and on top of that, my exercise points.

I don't feel hungry though. I eat a whole wheat, fiber muffin for breakfast with tea. Some carrots or fruit for a snack. A salad for lunch. Lowfat cheese or cottage cheese for another snack, and then for dinner, usually grilled fish with grilled veggies and brown rice, or something like that.

What else should I be eating to make up the points, that's not junk? Any suggestions?

I don't eat meat so that's not an option...

What about sliced bell peppers or carrots or some other veggie with a low calorie dip? Since the veggies are free, the dip could make up the extra points and it's sooooo yummy!!! My favorite thing is bell peppers with ranch veggie dip!

Re: I'm not eating enough

what about dipping carrots in hummus? Would hummus add a point or two? Or perhaps a rice cake with peanut butter on it for midafternoon snack? Or a handful of almonds - I love that!

Re: I'm not eating enough

What are you putting on your english muffin?

Can you put peanut butter or an egg or a couple of egg whites?

Re: I'm not eating enough

I like the idea of hummus.

Are you satisfying your requirement for olive oil/healthy fat? If not you can have 2 tsps of olive oil (2.5 pts).

Other than that I would suggest:
almonds
1 cup of skim milk
a banana
throw some avacado on your salad
