Ds has about 18-21oz of formula a day and eats 3 meals and has 2 snacks. Breakfast is a waffle or toast, snacks are fruit, crackers, cheese, rice cake, lunch is either yogurt, french toast, turkey and cheese, pita and hummus, dinner is often pasta, meatballs, chicken. He pretty much eats anything we eat.

That is pretty much our routine also. Molly also likes diced ham, string cheese, any kind of diced fruit, simple pasta meals like pasta with a little olive oil, parm cheese, peas, carrots; pancakes, chicken, turkey, crackers

I feel the same way. My son is 9 months old and I get him to drink about 16 oz of formula per day, as per my ped. But he is refusing baby food and has a difficult time with table food so I always feel like I am starving him. For breakfast I can get him to eat 1/2 scrambled egg, or a soft boiled egg yolk with cereal. For lunch and dinner, it's a small amount/combination of one of the following: pastina, yogurt, small pieces of cut up cheese, mashed potatoes, banana. He doesn't seem like he is hungry but he definitely isn't eating as much as he used to (several jars of baby food).

I dont know if your DC is eating baby food or all table foods at this point. When DD was 9 mths (she is 14 mths now) she was still on almost all baby food....she would eat baby cereal and a 1/2 jar of fruit in AM, 2 jars of baby food in afternoon (usually a veggie and a fruit or a veggie and a yo baby yogurt) and 3 jars with dinner..meat, veggie, fruit...puffs and crackers for snacks. She was very late with table foods. She was taking 3 8oz bottles a day.....

I'm looking for ideas too. DD is pushing away her baby food. Last night she had turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes. How do you know how much table food to give?

You follow their lead. DS has certain foods I KNOW he likes, but sometimes he flat out refuses them, so I'll make him something else.
