How much did you lose during Atkins induction?
Is it possible to lose 10 pounds inthe first month of Atkins? I have a bridesmaid dress that I need to get into next month

I just checked and I lost 11.5 pounds in the first 5 weeks (my first record)
Although, it does depend on many different factors...how much you have to lose, your metabolism, how this way of eating affects you, etc
