Can I just use a deep baking dish? I don't have a tube/bundt pan and don't have time to go buy one.
Is having an empty circle in the middle that important?

I don't see why not. You could always stick a pyrex measuring cup in the middle to make the "hole"
Just watch the time, it may take longer to bake.

I dont have a bundt pan either and ive made recipes that ask for it in a regular baking dish with no problems.
