Fever question
I thought about posting this on the health board but I really need some quick answers...
How high of a temperature do you think would warrant a trip to the emergency room (for an adult woman, late 20's if it matters)???

For an adult- I THINK anything over 103.
I've had 103 and lived.... but higher than that is getting scary in my book..

i would say 102...but that's for ME - since i never, ever get fevers - 102 would mean something is VERY VERY wrong for me.

To be honest, I never think to go to the emergency room. I once had a fever over 105 during the night - I thought I was dying but took some tylenol and and just went to a nearby walk in med center the next morning. Maybe not the best choice but there was no permanent damage.
I hope you (or whoever is sick) feels better!!
