charting, temping, OPKs, CBEFM after a m/c
When did you start doing it again?
My OB told me to wait for 2 cycles to TTC again.
So hopefully, I will be able to see AF in 1-2 weeks again for the 1st time. I will have to wait another cycle but I am thinking I should start my CDEFM with my 1st cycle back so I can see how my body is doing.
Did anyone do that or they waiting for the cycle they were actually TTC?

I waited through a cycle, but it kinda made me nuts not knowing where I was in my cycle. The MCs have thrown off my ovulation dates, so I don't know when AF is comoing like I used to.
So, I am now using OPKs for this next cycle, mostly so that I can get a handle on my body.

Honestly we're just lovin on eachother. Maybe in a few months i'll temp or use my OPK's if nothing happens, but for now we're just being us again and having fun. I'm hoping this is all we'll need and we can get pg again soon. There is NO WAY I could wait 2 or 3 cycles, or for AF......I HAD to start TTC again as soon as I could physically, and that started Wed. night....Plus it was DH's birthday

My ob wanted me to wait 3 cycles. But i saw an RE this past week and he said im fine to start this cycle (this is my 1st cycle since m/c). DH and i plan to start as soon as i get +opk this month

I was also told 2 cycles... we did wait the full two, I ended up having to take something induce a perioid due to the cysts I had...
but, I think you're fine! So sorry for your loss and much luck to you!

I *think* I remember only being told to wait one cycle - but it was a very early m/c and my bloodwork went back to normal very quickly.

I was told to just wait one cycle. This would have been our first month trying again but AF arrived again on CD13 I hope it doesn't take too long to get my cycle back to normal.

We waited one cycle to TTC, but I started temping when the bleeding stopped. I wanted to know if/when I ovulated that first cycle after the mc.
