Tell me not to feel guilty...
Working out has been so inconsistent between all the holiday activities. I'm not gorging myself, but I was in such a great workout flow, I'm worried I won't get it back in January.
I will, right?

Yes....I am in the same boat..got into a flow before life started getting in the way...it WILL get better..just do it when you can!

Oh, I'm with you both! Sabrina knows!  For me, the cold weather hit and boom, lost my motivation. But DH wants to get re-started, so that motivation helps.

I think holidays or not it's normal to go through workout slumps.
Like the pp's said before, do as much as you can for now - step it up a notch later!

Don't feel guilty at all. It is really hard right now to stick with anytype of diet and excersize. You will get back on track or I'll kick your @ss, jk

Changing your pace is actually good from time to time. It makes you excited to get back and builds motivation.
Enjoy your time during the holidays. You will get what you worked so hard for back in no time.
It has only taken me a week or two to build back up to my typical workout regimine after a few weeks of mediocre exercise.

You TOTALLY will when you have time again. I know how you feel, tax season is coming and I can't work out from like Jan 15 – April 15 and it’s always so depressing, but I always get back into it and bounce back in time for the warmer weather!
