Align for IBS
Has anyone ever used Align probiotic to treat IBS. I would like to try this since I feel my symptoms are getting worse. There are great reviews but I'm wondering if anyone on LIF has taken it. Thanks!!

My Dr. gave me some samples and I was taking them for 2 weeks. I had to go off it because it was giving me really bad stomach cramps.

i have never heard of it.
i have tried acidopolous (sp??) - but not the normal, on the shelf stuff....the stuff you find in health food stores in the REFRIGERATED section.... The cultures must be cold in order to work properly....
