Any condo owners??
Me and DH have been looking at houses but we cant find anything really nice in our price range, so we decided to look at condos and townhouses. We found a really nice one with 2 bedrooms for $180,000. I dont know much about real estate. Does anyone know how much you actually have to put down? or can you make an offer like you would a house? If any one can help answer some of my crazy questions I greatly appreciate it?

We recently sold our condo, after living there for three years. It works just like a house, except for most condos you pay maintenance or HOA fees in addition to your mortgage and taxes, so be sure to calculate those with your monthly payment. You bid on a condo just like you would a house, and you put down whatever your mortgage company will allow or work out for you.
