I don't think so...I think a lot of dairy would block you up and fruit is mostly water & sugar. I would go with veggies & lean protein, lots of water and cardio.

Yeah, I'd watch the dairy- don't cut it out because there is evidence that calcium from dairy products can help with weight loss. If you were going to eliminate anything, you'd be best off with cutting out processed carbs. And while cardio is important, I'd get some weight training in there too.
