NYC and insurance covering vaccines

I need to get a vaccine for my children. Is it covered under GHI or our presciption drug cov through UFT?

DD's vaccines were covered under the health ins.- I don't have GHI but I remember getting the paper from the ins. co. saying that she'd gotten them.

They are covered through GHI, however, the city drags it feet at filing the paper work so, while my dr. let me slide the first visit, the second set of vacinations I had to pay for and then fight with GHI!

K... i have had no problems whatsoever with GHI covering vaccines for my DD, also an infant. they are considered part of their well visits, and all of them have been covered. it all goes under GHI, nothing under the Welfare Fund. in fact, you shouldn't be even paying a co-pay for a well-visit under the GHI plan. (well, the teacher's GHI plan anyways).
