i have to bring some kind of broccoli dish to a dinner on sunday..

Steamed broccoli with lemon juice, garlic, oil and toasted pignoli nuts! (also add some lemon zest).

i make cream of broccoli soup and then put a ton of shredded cheddar on top its soooooo yummy

I love broccoli very lightly steamed with some garlic, put broccoli in a singler layer in baking dish. Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese and put under broiler until cheese is bubbly.

Broccoli Cheese Casserole
chop broccoli
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 med. diced onion
1/2 cup mayo
1 1/2 cup chedder cheese
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 box of Chez-it's (crush them)
Mix all of the above together in a baking dish. Bake at 375 for 40 min. Remove and Top with crushed chez-it's and bake for 10 more min.
Yummy!!!!
