What are some ways you deal with "entitled" clients who treat you like their personal assistant/slave.


It's been one of those days at work, or should I say WEEKS!

You can do a few different things....
1) Smile and continue. Let the BS continue bc they really are getting no where in a SW situation.. Only the person can help themselves. If they arent allowing you to help them, you cant force it.
2) confront it. Ask specific questions like "why are you here"? "what are you trying to get out of this"?
Sometimes "entitled people look for that extra attention as a way to get into that "conflict/resolution" scenario. They need that forceful edge.

To help more , I would need an example of what this person is doing to you that makes you feel that they are "entitled".
