Submitting days for time off..
If you have to submit a request to be approved for time off in 7 days , how soon do you expect an answer?
I sent in a request on Sunday evening, still no word.
I hate having to bug for an answer, but what do you think?

send a follow up email....may be possible they forgot or didnt get the request.

I usually get the approval as soon as my boss gets the request but it's extremely extremely rare for a vacation request to be denied.
I would ask about it tomorrow - it's possible your boss opened the email and meant to get back to you and forgot.
I'm guilty of doing that sometimes.
