Job Offered vs Job Sought

As educators...shouldn't we know what the difference is???

I posted a job sought ad on the catholic school website a while ago. I haven't received anything back from it, but I figured it was worth a shot.

It is unbelievable how many people have contacted me saying they are applying to the ad. When I mention to them that they are looking in the wrong section, they claim they aren't. I have double checked...my ad is not in the job offered section.

I guess people are desperate, they're just looking at everything. It''s annoying thsat you have to keep redirecting them though.
