ah swelling...
Does anyone else's feet look 2 1/2 times their normal size? I am almost 23 weeks and they are out of control - nothing fits! Any suggestions on comfortable shoes/flip flops?

Not yet (17 weeks) but I am starting to think about lowering my salt/sodium intake to prepare for it!

LOTS of water!!!!!! And like Crismicka said take away salt & salty foods. Keep your feet up whenever you are sitting down.
I can't wear flip flops (I hate somthing in my toes) They have sandals w/ elastic tops. Try them

I bought fluffy cushioned flip flops at Payless and LOVE them

Ooh! I think I need to go find those. Maybe it's boy twins that do it - my feet, I'm embarrassed to say, grew 2 sizes! My doctor said, "Don't worry, it gets worse."

My feet are sooo big I can't believe they belong to me! I've bypassed cankles and am now on the thankles!!!! I can't wear anything now but flip flops, except for a pair of black toe sandles with elastice tops that I found in Burlington. It s**ks not being able to wear capris or shorts outside of the house - but I wouldn't be able to deal with the staring!

Do NOT worry what other people think. It is to dang hot for you not to wear shorts or capris. F the rest of them. As long as you & your babies are comfy that is all that matters.
