heavy lifting after d&c
im kind of freaking out. I had my D&c tuesday and jsut shoveled some slow completely forgetting....is this bad?

It probably wasn't a good idea to shovel snow but as long as you were not bleeding heavy afterwards I am sure you are fine. The reason they don't want you doing anything streneous is b/c of hemorrhaging. Just take it easy
