I'm not sure who I would even ask this question to...

I was laid-off in December and am actively looking for new employment. My former boss called me earlier and offered me a modified version of my former position, but the thing is, I have no interest in working for the company again or staying in that line of work.

If I turn it down, am I putting my unemployment benefits in jeopardy?
