Autism day at Sesame Place, Friday April 22nd
You do NOT need to reside in PA or be part of Variety in PA to participate in this. My friend has done the last 2 events and lives in Suffolk. The only fee is a $25 parking fee, it's free to get in. If your child does not have autism, they also have the same event for all special needs the following day...if you click on events the info comes up.

This is awesome. I want to distribute this info within my school, but are you sure that you dont need to live in the area to participate? It says on the registration form:

PA: Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Montgomery & Philadelphia
NJ: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Ocean & Salem
DE: Kent, New Castle & Sussex

Email or call them for confirmation if you want though.
I also wanted to add that many folks in the Nassau Suffolk Autism Society group have participated in this also, and the director emailed the program information to the group. So it is most definitely open to all.
