WW newbie questions
Okay I bit the bullet and signed up online. I have 29 points. What's the best way to divide them for meals and snacks?
What are some filling low point snacks? My go-to granola bar is 4points!
I eat breakfast at 630 and work sometimes until 730 pm so I nerd things to keep me going all day. Im in my car a lot so i need things that can stay cool with an ice pack and don't need to be heated.
Thanks!!!
Are there any good Android apps? And how do I look up food fromcertain restaurants??

Re: WW newbie questions
Fruit and veggies are free so definitely have lots of those at arms reach.
With snacks, I do veggies & laughing cow cheese, apple or banana with some peanut butter, cottage cheese, cheese stick with a couple of crackers, or vitamuffin tops.
I only joined a couple of weeks ago so I am still trying to hammer down my meals too. I made a lentil soup the other day that is 4 pts so I have that with a small salad on the side for dinner. Roll ups with turkey, cheese and lettuce is a nice lunch with some fruit on the side.
Breakfast is the hardest for me....I am always starving. Today I ate a packet of oatmeal (3pts) mixed with applesauce and I had a hard-boiled egg (2pts). That with my coffee and creamer (2pts) and before I know it...7pts gone.

Re: WW newbie questions
I agree about fruits and veggies- baby carrots and grapes are easy to snack on. Alot of people like bananas (I don't eat them personally..yuck!) with peanut butter.
Also, greek yogurt and cheesesticks are good for protein.
A good thing to do at first (while you're still getting used to the points)- plan out your day the night before. I would leave an extra 2-3 points just in case.

Re: WW newbie questions
I generally have a low point breakfast (Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt (2pts) and a banana)
My lunch is usually around 6pts
And I usually save 10pts for dinner.
So I plan about 10 pts in snacks throughout the day.
I like to snack on:
Banana Grapes Carrot Sticks Snap Peas Pop Chips -- 22 chips is 3pts Red Fat Wheat thins -- 18 are 3pts Laughing cow cheese -- 1 wedge is 1pt Red Fat Triscuits -- 7/8 are 3 pts Cheese sticks (either cheddar or mozz) -- 2pts Spec K bar -- 2pts Kelloggs Fiber Plus bar -- 2pts Trader Joes mini brie --2pts
