Side effects of coming off BC?
i stopped taking BC about 6 months ago, because I know I will be starting to TTC in the coming months...
is it normal to have side effects from this???
I have NEVER had a problem with acne or any pimples on my back...EVER!
Now all of a sudden i have such a problem with this, i scrub constantly in the shower w/body acne washes, use stridex pads over it, and have even gone tanning a few times to dry it out, and every time they start to get better, 2 or 3 more show up!!
Im starting to get very frustrated and depressed about this....especially with bathing suit season coming...anyone have the same/similar issue and any suggestions for what I can do about this? :(

the only side effect for me was I got pregnant 1 month after stopping it! LOL

I had a lot of side effects coming off BC, including major mood swings, nausea, and acne (never had acne before in my life). Not good times. It got better gradually over the course of a few months.

Ugh, I just came off mine last month.
My skin hasn't been great for awhile even on BC so I can only imagine what its going to be like!
Other than having an extremely bad period this first month off BC, I'm okay so far!

I thought my backne was from coming off BCP also but I'm back on and it's still there. 
Unfortunately I have tried everything as well but the derm wanted me to take pills which I am against and I don't think you can take them anyway if you are TTC. Tanning was the only thing that worked for me.

thanks for all the replies!
I will keep up with the tanning a few more times until the summer comes and I can lay out in natural sun!
the nausea also hit me a bit too but that's gotten better...
im just so self conscious about my back :(
