I am having the never ending panic attack right now
It's started over an hour ago. I drank what was supposed to be a decaf coffee, I'm guessing it wasn't. It started at DSs soccer game, luckily DH was with me because I thought I was going to pass out walking to the car. I just can't seem to come my body down  I feel shaky, nervous, really out of it, dizzy, heart racing. It seems when I feel my body is starting to calm down it starts right up again. I have anxiety meds that I haven't taken in along time because I am afraid it will make the ringing in my ears that I developed a couple of months ago worse

Im so sorry, I had one last nite and I thought I was going to Die. Thank g-d for good DHs taking care of us. Just breathe...it will pass, it will pass, just breathe.,... In the moment it doesnt feel like it will ever go away but it will, I promise.. Just remind urself that the caffeine in the coffee started it and it wont last in ur system forever. The more you think about it, the more it tends to start up... Keep urself busy repeating how it will pass eventually..
