Delicious and easy WW recipe!
Tonight I made one of the recipes that was in one of the weekly booklets: Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar, Sweet onions and thyme
It was so quick and easy to make and tasted great!! Plus, the ingredients are things you usually have in your house already!

Just wanted to let you know I made this last night and it was delicious! I didn't have thyme so I added some basil and parsley. Also added the cooked chicken into the sauce pan to coat it. SO good. Thanks again for sharing. Served with baked zucchini fries and steamd asparagus.

I have to share what I made last night - so good!
Trader Joe's My Big Fat Greek Quiche
I used fat free milk and had to use full fat feta because the grocery store didn't have fat free!  It was 6 points for an 1/8th, 13 points for 1/4 of the pie (due to the crust I think). It was insanely good and worth every point. I have to find a way to reduce the points of the crust and make sure I have reduced fat cheese next time!
We also had this - Greek Salad with Creamy Feta Dressing it was delicious!!! Great salad for 4 points!
