I need a good/delicious and easy Crock Pot recipe.
We're having friends over for dinner this weekend and I think I want to make something in the Crock Pot so I can hang out with them instead of scrambling in the kitchen before dinner.
Any suggestions?

This isn't fancy but I just made this for dinner and it was so good
Greek Chicken Pitas
1 lbs chicken breasts 1 green bell pepper cored/seeded sliced into 1/2 inch pieces 1T olive oil 2 tsp greek seasoning 1/4 tsp salt 1 onion cut into 8 wedges
-Spray crock pot with non stick spray. -Layer the pepper and onions -Put chicken in the pot - Drizzle with olive oil - Sprinkle with Greek seasoning and salt evenly - Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 3/4 hrs.
Greek sauce: 1/2c plain FF yogurt 1/4c mayo 1T prepared mustard (add more to taste if you like) 1/4 teaspoon salt
Remove chicken & slice
I used greek flatbread but you can use pitas. I added cucumbers, tomato, & feta in addition to the chicken & veg's

Re: I need a good/delicious and easy Crock Pot recipe.
I make an easy beef stew in the crock pot, its hearty and warm for the winter!
I just throw in beef cubes for stew that I buy pre-cut at the store, a bag of frozen carrot/onion/pea mix, some cut up potato, two packets of instant brown gravy mix and 2 cups of water. Crock pot it on high for about 4 hrs. Everyone loves it! And you can add your own favorite spices or veggies to it. I make this once a week and its always a hit!
