DISAPPOINTED...
Ive been running slower and slower .. Im not sure why. I used to be able to do a 5K in around 31 minutes. Lately its more like 35 minutes. Im training for a 10K thats coming up in 2 weeks. Yesterday I ran ~5.5 miles and had to stop and walk for some and it took me 1:12 minutes.
Its going to take me like 1:30 to run a 10K

It could be the change in temperature & humidity. I know the heat always slows me down. Make sure you are hydrated! Dehydration can do that as well.

Yep! The heat and humidity will definitely slow you down! Also make sure that you're taking your rest days. When I run a lot of days in a row, I'm WAY slow (not that I'm ever fast!)!

I agree its probably the heat and humidity that is slowing you down.
