If there was no yolk sac.
Is it more than likely that I will not need a D&C. The ultrasound I had showed nothing. No yolk sac, nothing. Bleeding is extremely light and two days I passed some things that looked like the fetus. Is it possible that since the ultrasound showed nothing that my chances of this just being a natural miscarriage without having any procedures done and more than likely?

If you think you passed it, and sono showed nothing you will prob NOT need the d&c. You should have your levels checked to make sure theyncontinue to go down. I had to have blood drawn 4 times before it went to 0.

If the sono is showing nothing, and you think you passed it, I doubt you'll need a D&C.
When i miscarried naturally, the u/s showed nothing, and I didn't need a D&C.

Same here. There was nothing. I just had to keep going back until my levels were 0!

How long did it take for you levels to hit 0? I think Im doing pretty good. I started at about 2400 the day of my miscarriage and 6 days later it went to 55. Im so glad they are dropping fast.
