Yes! without fail.

I'm actually trying something different today. It's 4PM and we're going to be having dinner! I had a light lunch and DH and I both starving. My class (at the gym) is at 7PM. I can either eat dinner right now or wait until after. I'm so hungry a snack won't do!!

I figure if we eat this early later on at night I can have a small snack and be okay. We'll see how it goes!

Come home from work (I worked til 3), Starviing!

Now, I come home with DS from school around 3:40 or so and you guessed it...

I'm so glad WW taught me portion control and I'm satisfied! This used to be the WORST time of day for me!

At 3 pm, I feel like taking a nap. Seriously. and if I don't nap around them, I almost fall asleep standing up by 7:00. It's terrible. So, I usually try eating to stay awake but it doesn't work anymore since I'm trying to be healthy. I'm exhausted and want to nap...
