Does anyone have a Yoga dvd recommendations?

I belong to a Yoga studio that practices Vinyasa style and I love it. I try to go 3 times a week but with 2 kids and work I can't always go as much as I'd like. I would like to get a DVD to use on the days I can't make it to the studio.

I've only been practicing a few months, so I don't want anything advanced, but definitely challenging - the instructor says I'm advanced beginner level.

I don't have any specific recommendations (I have a few that they sell from Target like Rodney Yee), however, maybe if someone knows of something decent, get it from the library or Netflix.

That way if you don't like it/use it it won't be collecting dust.

Shiva Rea is a great vinyasa instructor and I think she has a number of dvd's.

I love the Betheney Frankel Yoga dvd....My mind never stops so I just cannot get into the zen-like state but I love her dvd beause it is real and she is hysterical in it as well.

I can't find a DVD that I like and I never get much out of the onDemand selections.
