I need some encouragement!
So, we moved, and I'm unpacked, and settled in, so it's time to get back into my exercise routine after a 3+ week hiatus, and start training hardcore for the Philly half in the fall.
Tonight will be my first time back on the treadmill... I'm scared!!! Any words of wisdom to ease back in???

You can do it!
Just go slow and you will build your strength back up. I haven't run in 6 months due to injury and I am starting back up again - 3 weeks you may have lost a little endurance, but you will build it back up in no time!!!

You can do it! You may need some time to get back to your peak performance, but your body remembers what to do - I bet you'll do even better tonight than you think you will!

I did it, but not so well! I ran 3 miles last night in about 35 minutes... oy gevult, I seriously lost my endurance! Guess I have to get back into hardcore training!!

At least you got on there! I find treadmill to be so much more difficult than outside!
And, that's still a time to be proud of! And, think of it this way: most people don't even WALK 3 miles in one day. 3 miles is a lot!
