My maltese is 6 years old and still poos and pees in the house. Also, she goes crazy when we get home, starts barking, 'screaming' trying to jump on us, etc.
We paid for training but has not helped. We walk her at 7am, 5:30 and then again at around 10. She refuses to poo outside, she will pee, but as soon as she gets in the house, she poos.

Any idea what is wrong with her?

PS: We had her since she was 4 months old.
