dieting with dh - kind of vent
So this is our 3rd day on south beach. Feeling good, not hungry. I got af so I know I'm carrying some bloat. Weighed myself and I've lost a pound so far. Dh lost 9. I know we lose weight differently but come on. So proud of him though.

I know how you feel. Several years ago I was on weight watchers and hadn't lost a single lb, meanwhile DH lost 10 lbs and he wasn't even dieting! He was just eating the same things as me because I did the cooking. He didn't exercise like I did, he ate other crap, and he still lost weight while I stayed the same. I was sooooo mad
