Bethenny Frankel has a couple of DVD's that I have that I love. They are quick and give you a good workout. Target has them in the fitness section w/ the yoga mats.

I second Bethenny. I love her yoga DVD.
If you want a little more of a workout, I use Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown or Biggest Loser Weight Loss yoga. You basically hold poses a little longer and move with the poses to get your heartrate up. Love them both!
