Adult fitness boot camp?
Has anyone tried fitness boot camp? I really seriously need to loose 20 lbs in a month =( Does anyone recommend any in Bayside? Queens? New Hyde Park or Great Neck? Has anyone ever gone to one? Thanks !!

My friend goes to one in Park Slope..not sure how convenient that is for you. He's so freakin fit and cut it's scary. They kick your butt!

I went to one of Becky's bootcamps
and liked it enough to switch over to the Suffolk one.

My friend Jen runs a boot camp on Saturday mornings in nesconset. She is a personal trainer at NYSC but does this on her own. Let mek now if you want more info!

I've done Becky's also, I got a groupon last summer and did 5 of them and they were AWESOME. I highly recommend it!

Team Extreme in Ronkonkoma
They have boot camp and also have aerobic classes. I teach some of the aerobics classes but the boot camp is run by Tyronne and he gets amazing results.

My DH and his friend have been going there for the boot camp for a month.. its really intense but you get results. They have nothing but good things to say about it.

What about Better Body Boot Camp in bayside? If you end up trying this one, please come back & let us know feedback. I'm in douglaston & this would be so close for me after my baby is born. click

I didn't know they had classes. I'll have to check it out.

You should check out Queens boot camp. Queens boot camp is an all women's fitness program geared towards weight loss, increasing muscle tone and overall fitness improvement. A 4 week outdoor fitness program offering fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training.
I also found this article useful about weight loss boot camps for adults.
