Which diet plan?
Hi ladies! I want to lose 20-25 lbs but don't have any time to workout since I have a toddler and newborn. I just gave birth 8 weeks ago so it's the pregnancy weight that I need to lose. I basically want to fit into my prepreg pants but finding it so hard to do so I want to join one of the diet program where I can buy the food. Which do you recommend? Thanks

for quick weight loss I would look into Dukan. Its tough and it is def a commitment for it to work you have to stay on it to a T. Also requires 20-30 mins of exercise but that could just be a walk with the kids.
I start it monday so I will let you know. I lost my baby weight on Medifast which worked but got sick of the packaged food and am switching to Dukan so I can eat regular food
