Sushi Places (Westbury Area)
Can anyone recommend a good sushi place in the Westbury area? i prefer to go to a place someone has been to then, walking in and hoping its good..

Just a word of warning-- Koiso doesn't look like much from the outside. But it's run by a husband and wife who are very friendly and accommodating, and my DH swears it's the absolute freshest best quality sushi he ever ate. They make their own gyoza by hand on the premises too, awesome. I don't like sushi so I usually get one of the udon bowls, which are awesome.

never been..but I live within walking distance..and never thought to try...hmmm
and they have the BEST cutest ice cream shoppe right next door...for dessert

we wound up going to Taka Sushi on Carmans Ave in Westbury.. very small but very delish!!!!!

It's a little further east but if you are willing to meet in Plainview Hama Sushi is great!
