They advertise it as iced coffee--but I got it in hot coffee. Sadly I was very disappointed.
It really makes the coffee BLACK and lacks any true flavor. When I was done, the bottom of my cup was covered in grainy black muck. Yuck.

I've gotten it twice, iced, and ask for a splash of cream and it's awesome! Just make sure it's stirred well at the bottom. It's almost like a dark chocolate mocha.

I had it iced.
It was "OK".
I'll be sticking with French Vanilla.
