Spin-off: Lobster rolls at home
Does anyone have a recipe they want to share? Do you just use tail meat or the whole lobster?

Re: Spin-off: Lobster rolls at home
I use TJ's Langoustine Tails, Split top hot dog rolls, butter, lettuce, a little mayo and a squirt of lemon.
1. Defrost langoustine tails and rinse 2. Melt 3 tbsp butter 3. Add the juice of a half of a lemon (if you like things a little more lemony feel free tio add some zest too) 4. Mix butter, lemon juice and langoustine tails in a bowl. 5. Add about a teaspoon of mayo and salt and pepper to taste. 6. If desired, lightly toast split top rolls. 7. add a piece of lettuce inside the roll to make a bed for the langoustine (I usually use iceberg or butter lettuce). 8. Stuff liberally and enjoy
I like to serve this with fresh corn and sweet potato chips
