How long do cake pops keep for?
I want to make them in advance for DD 2nd birthday....but how far in advance can I make them?
I never have before.

I've kept them in the freezer for 2 weeks and they still tasted great
I've never frozen them, but I still say up to a week in the fridge. Just be careful when you are taking them in and out of the fridge/freezer, especially in this hot and humid weather. The chocolate sweats like CRAZY!

I only freeze them BEFORE I dip them in chocolate. The chocolate will either crack or sweat...
I would make the balls, freeze them, let them thaw in the fridge for a bit and then dip in chocolate. Once they are dipped, you can store in the fridge for about 3-5 days or so.

Ok great! I was thinking just 3 or 4 days prior, but maybe if I freeze them prior & dip them just before it'll make my life easier!
