Not losing weight-but clothes are loose
Can someone explain to me how the scale hasn't budged, but my pants and shirts are losse? I switched up my workout routine to Insanity, thought I'd be losing weight but it seems like I'm just toning. Should I expect to start dropping the weight? I've been doing Insanity for a week with the meal guidelines. According to my BMI I am overweight, yet I work out an hour a day and am more fit than I've ever been.

When you first start or change a workout routine your muscles retain water which would reflect on the scale with either no weight loss or even a gain. Stick with it.
Also, if your clothes fit better who the heck cares about the number?!

Well my legs still look huge, I'm short and even 5 pounds is the difference between skinny and chunky. I'm happy with my waist and upper body but my legs need another 10 pounds gone, lol
