Help with Breakfast / Protein shake
Over the weekend I was able to get my workout in early and my gym has a smoothie / shake bar. I got a extreme latte low calorie shake and it totally kept me full until lunch. I want to make them at home for the days I go into the office. Any good recipes? I do prefer chocolate
TIA!

I use about time whey protein mixed with ice and almond milk! You could add berries and PB or PB2 as well! There are TONS of different flavors!
I love the mocha mint, Choc PB, Strawberry, Cinnamon Roll, and Cake batter!

Also, if this is a meal replacement---especially breakfast---I would make sure you pair it with carb and even a small fat.

Re: Help with Breakfast / Protein shake
I recently started doing the Beachbody Chocolate Shakeology and I LOVE it! I add a frozen banana, ice, almond milk and peanut butter and it keeps me full forever. I have a hard time finishing it and it tastes like a FUDGSICLE!
It is a little pricey, but I really like it, so it's worth it to me!

Re: Help with Breakfast / Protein shake
I also use whey protein powder chocolate, I freeze a banana or use frozen strawberries so that I don't need ice or less ice, some skim milk and there ya go. Sometimes I also add greek yogurt. Such a great pre-workout snack or small meal!
